  19. Zoom away to ftp.wustl.edu and skip into mirrors/amiga/comm/tcp and
  20. put your paws on the AmiTCP program. The 4.0 is a demo of it that
  21. works. If your provider supports ppp-connections get the ppp-device,
  22. there is an evaluation version in the tcp directory. Then unpack
  23. the archives, read the docs, re-read the docs, install them and 
  24. after that post articles here like: Help!!! How shall I get 
  25. AmiTCP with PPP to work?? (JK ;-) ). Those are the basic programs,
  26. AmiTCP comes with ftp (ncftp, I got the AmiFTP program from aminet,
  27. it is _very_ nifty), telnet and other needful things. When you have
  28. this running just hunt the comm, net, mail, tcp directories at 
  29. aminet for other nifty tcp-programs. Try Grapevine..it is a good 
  30. IRC program. And...register AmiTCP and the ppp-device, I strongly
  31. recommend them.
